Free.We do not charge our clients any money to register with ourselves.
We do not charge any monthly, quarterly or yearly subscriptions.
You only pay fees when you are comfortable that you require our services, to begin sourcing for your home or investment or selling your property.
We negotiate on your behalf a greater discount with the seller which nearly always more than covers our fees.
Do You Keep Any Discount Yourselves?
No. All discounts are passed directly to our clients.
Once you have chosen a property or investment we carry out extensive due diligence before any discounts are offered to our clients.
How Does Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Make Money?
We also invest into property.
We charge a straightforward fee dependant on which one of our services you require.
What If I Decide Not To Proceed With The Purchase?
Unfortunately our fees are non refundable but can be transferred towards another investment.
Are You A BMV (Below Market Value Company)?
No. We are not a Below Market Value Company.
Our company negotiates discounted prices for all property purchases but we do not deal with clients or companies who play around with figures to achieve no money down deals.

Do I Have To Make A Commitment To Purchase A Minimum Number Of Properties?
No. It is entirely up to you if you want to buy any properties or numerous properties.
Are You Just A Property Sourcing And Management Company Or Do You Invest Yourselves?
No. We are not just a property sourcing and management company.
Yes. We certainly do invest ourselves, but like many businesses we can’t afford to invest into every deal which is why we offer the same opportunity to be given to our clients.
What Type Of Property Do You Source?

Is Now A Good Time To Purchase And Invest Into Property?

Can I Use My Own Financial Adviser And Solicitor?
Of course you can on any of the properties.
The only restriction is for a consortium of investors investing into 1 property.
This is a complicated system made very easy and accessible but due to the nature of this investment we use our own Financial Advisers and Solicitors.
This package can be approved by your own independent Financial Adviser or Solicitor prior to giving us your commitment.
Who Handles Our Money?
The solicitor who is acting on your behalf handles any money for the transaction of your property.
We only handle money for our fees and services.
Can I Have More Than 1 Buy To Let Property?
Yes you can.
Most investors have purchased several buy to let properties and are constantly growing their portfolios.
Do I Need To View The Property?
If you are purchasing the property as your home, then we would highly recommend that you do view the property as this is where you are going to live.
If you are an investor then the choice is purely down to the individual.
Most investors never see any of the properties that they have purchased; as they purely rely on due diligence and the facts and figures they have been given.
I Have A Bad Credit History. Can You Still Help Me?
Possibly. You will need to speak to one of our independent Financial Advisers.
Do You Keep Our Information Confidential?
Yes. We treat all information with total confidentiality.
Details of your personal and financial circumstances, property, the property valuation, property condition and any other information you care to share with us will all be retained solely for the purpose of any of our services you have undertaken and will only be passed to the relevant professionals advising or acting on our and your behalf.
